You must be legally able to enter a contract and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account, protecting its credentials, and promptly reporting unauthorized access. RELIQ may restrict accounts used for fraud, abuse, evasion, or interference with marketplace operation.

A listing represents the identified physical copy shown in its scan. Monitor and camera differences can affect color, and scans may not reveal every microscopic characteristic. Material listing errors remain subject to the shipping and returns policy.

Submitting payment is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after payment confirmation and inventory validation. RELIQ may cancel and refund an order affected by availability, pricing, fraud, address, or legal restrictions.

You must own or be authorized to sell every submitted card and describe it accurately. Estimates are not final offers. RELIQ may reject cards that differ from the submission, cannot be authenticated, are unsafe or unlawful, or do not meet intake requirements.

Final offer, acceptance, listing, and payout states are recorded in the sell submission. You remain responsible for secure inbound packaging and lawful shipment.

Payments are processed by Stripe and may be subject to additional provider terms. Shipping, delivery review, approved returns, and refunds follow the RELIQ shipping and returns policy.

Do not scrape private data, probe security controls, upload malicious content, manipulate inventory or prices, impersonate another person, or use RELIQ for unlawful transactions. RELIQ may preserve evidence and cooperate with lawful investigations.
